I offer a range of yoga and pilates-style classes to suit your needs. My classes include Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Power/Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow, & Yin Yoga. Each style has its own unique benefits, from building strength and flexibility to promoting relaxation and stress relief.

 

Whether you're looking for a gentle and nurturing practice, or something more challenging to build strength and get sweaty, I have a class that's right for you.

Events & Group Privates 

Whether celebrating a special occasion, creating an event or simply looking for a fun and unique way to stay active, group classes are the perfect fit.

With a customized approach to each session, we will work together to achieve your goals and needs as a group. And don’t worry about the experience level, all are welcome to join in on the fun.

 

From alignment to breath control to mindfulness, we will explore various techniques to keep you engaged and energized. So gather your friends and lets make wellness a group effort.

1:1 Sessions 

In these one on one sessions, we will have the opportunity to work together closely with each class tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to embark on or deepen your practice.

Together, we will work on alignment, breath control, and mindfulness to help you achieve physical and mental wellbeing. Private classes allow you to focus on your own unique journey towards a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
